BHE is anywhere, anytime, for anyone, individuals, groups, and corporations!
BHE is an established Self-Development System of educational projects designed with a psychoeducational basis in order
to connect physical, mental, and social health for total wellness.
And always within a psychoanalytic perspective in order to revisit the past with new insights, and to go further on our inner and outer journeys.
The Public Health Prevention Model is limited to three levels impacting only physical health.
BHE increased its potential by incorporating the prevention levels to
Mental Wellness and Social Health
and by creating
BHE Health Model for
Physical Health, Mental Wellness, and Social Health
establishing a more comprehensive health model.
